nonPareil is a post-secondary, not-for-profit serving adults with autism spectrum disorder. We provide training that enables them to acquire skills that will enhance their ability to live a more productive and independent life. We focus on strengths, and our goal is to help each student progress toward their full potential.

nonPareil provides world-class technical training and work-readiness programs for adults with autism that have finished high school.  We help autistic adults obtain work-readiness skills, the confidence to pursue a college degree, and develop skills for a career in technology.

The meaning of nonPareil, No Equal, represents how we view each person who attends nonPareil. Individual differences and strengths are celebrated and built upon. Since the beginning, one of our core values is to provide a safe and welcoming environment, a community where students feel accepted and respected for who they are.

With your help, we envision a world where adults with autism can live meaningful, productive, and fulfilled lives with dignity, purpose, and community.
